1. User's Call is registered in a support ticket system.
2. The ticket id is provided to the customer.
3. The ticket id is assigned to the appropriate Engineer.
4. The issue is resolved by the Engineer.
5. Support resolution is confirmed with the customer.
6. Customer feedback is solicited anonymously.

What are the applications that you support?

We support various applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other applications from vendors such as Adobe, Symantec, etc.

Can you support custom applications used by our office?

Custom applications can be supported if complete documentation and configuration information is provided to us.

What type of network devices do you support?

We support a broad range of network devices ranging from low-end broadband routers from Linksys, D-link, and Netgear to Enterprise network devices such as network switches, routers and firewalls from Cisco, Juniper, etc

How do you provide support for hardware issues?

For hardware issues, we will guide the customer remotely through the troubleshooting process to resolve the issue.

What are the anti-virus solutions that you support?

We support Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, Avast, AVG, ClamWin (open source) and many other anti-virus solutions.

What is your turnaround time for support services?

We provide turnaround time from 4 to 48 hours depending on your need.

How frequently do you take backups?

We take full backups monthly or weekly. Increments are backed up daily. Backup frequency can be tailored to meet your requirements. Backup software needs to be provided by the customer.

Do you provide the software and licenses if we sign up for services?

We can provide recommendations for software that would best suit your requirements. Procuring the software and licenses and maintaining the software will be your responsibility. We can offer backup services provided that appropriate licenses and software are available with you.

Can I get a trial before I start using your services?

Sure. We offer a free trial to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. The trial gives us an opportunity to understand your requirements and gives you a chance to evaluate our work.
